Huit - Revue Astronef
Marks & Roots
Huit revue Astronef is an annual magazine (Revue) in black and white created by K. Marco. Each edition gathers the artist's creations together around the same subject. Everyone is free to interpret the theme with any medium.
The main subject was "Marks & Roots."
I wanted to explore the growth and evolution of humans by researching about family ties, notions of inheritance, and human footprints in its ecosystem. I wanted to display how humans subjugate nature and dethrone the use of the environment from its primary utility. "Homeless" is the name of this composition because the only mark that men leave on life is destruction and leaves the inhabitants of this nature without a home.
